Khao Sok Park and the lake are amazing we spent two full days in the park and really enjoyed it. Beware that we were there in Feb, a very dry and Hot month so bring lots of water on hikes and the river will not be swimmable then as it is to low and you won't be able to tube down it in the dry season.
